…returned to Pratt Street Tuesday despite the inclement weather. Some of the artists could not set up in the rain, but Hello from Hartford with Anita Balkun and Urban Improv: Downtown Dance & Movement Meditations with Erica Nelson were there to help passersby create art while they were on their lunch breaks. The Art on the Streets series happens every Tuesday on Pratt Street and Thursday at State House Square until June 20.
